Plan Design and CAD Drawings / Drafting Service
While design-build services are our speciality, we also serve clients that need a design and drafting-only service to provide CAD drawings. We create plans for additions, renovations, remodeling, new homes and some light commercial work. Irvine construction will provide design assistance and professional sets of necessary plans for proposals, permits and construction.

Design phase drawings are typically used to develop the design options and project pricing. The final permit sets are prepared after the design is finalized and project is ready for permit application.
